Error Codes - What to Do?

It is highly recommended that you opt into Trane® Diagnostics if you have not done so already. This will allow your dealer to see real-time information from your system to aid in diagnosis and repair. Additionally, this gives you the option to grant your dealer limited remote access to your smart thermostat to view, edit, and adjust your settings if necessary, avoiding any unnecessary service appointments.
